These Terms govern your use of the Façade Logics website, desktop assistant, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email address before creating automations.

2. Credits and payments

The Service runs on prepaid credits. Automations reserve an estimated credit cost when created; you are charged for the work actually performed, and any unused reservation is refunded to your balance.
Credit purchases are processed by PayPal. Prices and per-task rates are shown before you confirm.
Purchased credits are non-transferable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage metering or billing, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering to defeat security, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The desktop assistant

The desktop assistant runs automations locally on your machine against your own CAD software and files. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files; automations may modify or create files as configured.

5. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may perform maintenance during which new automations are temporarily unavailable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Façade Logics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or files arising from your use of the Service.
