This Privacy Policy explains what information Façade Logics ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, desktop assistant, and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Usage & automation data — records of the automations you create (selected tasks, job counts, timing and status). File contents you process locally with the desktop assistant are not uploaded to us; only summary metadata is reported back.
• Billing data — a record of credit purchases and usage. Card/payment details are handled entirely by PayPal; we never see or store your card numbers.
• Technical logs — API request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, status) used for operating and securing the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service, process automations, and maintain your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts, and service notices).
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage in your browser

We store an authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. It is not a tracking cookie and is removed when you sign out.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — notably PayPal (payments), our email provider (transactional email), and our cloud hosting — and only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then purged.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data (export) or request deletion of your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Signed-in users can export their data from the account area. Some records may be retained where required by law.
